Tien Sa Port Shore Excursion — Hoi An & Marble Mountains

This shore excursion covers Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son) — cave pagodas inside limestone hills with hilltop views over Da Nang coastline — and Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with lantern-lit streets, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and one of the most walkable old towns in Southeast Asia. Both sites are south of Da Nang on the same route — making this the most efficient combination from Tien Sa Port.

• 08:00: Pickup at Tien Sa Port gate with name board
• 08:50–09:00: Arrive at Marble Mountains
• 09:00–10:30: Marble Mountains — cave pagodas, hilltop views (~1.5 hours)
• 10:30–11:00: Drive to Hoi An Ancient Town
• 11:00–13:30: Hoi An Ancient Town — Japanese Covered Bridge, old houses, riverside walk
• 13:30–14:30: Lunch in Hoi An (driver waits)
• 14:30–15:30: Return drive to Tien Sa Port
• 15:30: Back at port — before most afternoon ETDs

• Wear comfortable shoes for Marble Mountains. The paths are steep and uneven. The cave pagodas require ducking through narrow passages — worth it for the atmosphere inside.
• Dress modestly in Hoi An. Shoulders and knees covered is expected at temple and pagoda stops in the Ancient Town.
• Morning arrival at Marble Mountains is better. Group tours arrive from 09:30 — an 08:00 departure from Tien Sa gets you there before the crowds.
