We will check the timing and confirm your private vehicle, outside-gate pickup point and final transportation price before booking.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Prise en charge : Meet your driver outside Tien Sa Port gate at the confirmed meeting point, with a name sign. Any port- or cruise-operated internal shuttle is separate.
- No deposit required: Book without advance payment. Pay after the excursion in cash (VND or USD). Online card payment is available on request; any processing fee is disclosed before payment.
- Final price: No hidden Minh Vu Travel transport charges for the confirmed itinerary. A child seat, if requested and available, costs 100,000 VND per seat per day and is quoted before booking.
- Annulation gratuite : You may cancel without charge, including within 24 hours of pickup. No no-show fee is charged.
- Ship cancellation or port change: If your ship cancels its Tien Sa call or changes to another port, the original booking may be cancelled with a 100% refund of any advance payment. A new trip from a different port can be quoted separately.
- Late arrival or itinerary changes: We adjust pickup and sightseeing where practical. No additional waiting fee applies within the confirmed service. Major extensions or new stops are quoted beforehand and charged only if you agree. If an attraction closes due to weather, we will discuss a revised itinerary with you before proceeding.
- Return timing: We normally plan to arrive at the port approximately 1 hour before ETD, or earlier if your cruise line’s boarding deadline requires it.
