Weather, sea conditions and local authority instructions are force majeure situations. These are reasons beyond Minh Vu Travel’s control and are handled according to passenger safety and official local government / port authority requirements.
The boat may return earlier than planned. If the port authority or boat operator requires an early return for safety, guests must follow the official instruction.
Early return is for passenger safety and schedule protection. Staying on the island against official advice can risk being stuck there and may affect your hotel, flight, train or other travel plans.
No refund applies after the tour has started if the boat must return early due to weather, sea conditions, local authority requirements or other official safety instructions. The 600,000 VND/person joining tour already includes hotel pickup/drop-off in Hoi An, port/island fees, round-trip speedboat operation, snorkeling arrangement, boat guide and lunch.
If the tour is officially cancelled before departure, we will inform you as soon as possible and help with rescheduling or available alternatives.

Please note: the speedboat normally starts around 09:00, but the exact departure time can change depending on port check-in, sea conditions and instructions from the local port authority.
