How to confirm your booking with Minh Vu Travel, when payment is made, when a deposit may be required and which payment methods we normally use.
For most private car bookings, no advance payment is required. We normally recommend paying the driver in cash after your trip.
If a deposit is required for a particular booking, we will tell you clearly before you confirm. For deposits, Wise is our preferred payment method, with PayPal available as another option.
The agreed price and important payment details will be confirmed with you before your service.
How a Booking Is Confirmed
You can contact Minh Vu Travel directly through our website, WhatsApp, email or phone.
To give you an accurate price and arrange the right vehicle, we normally need the main details of your trip.
Send Your Trip Details
Tell us your travel date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger number, luggage and any special requests.
We Confirm the Price
Our local team checks your route and vehicle requirements and confirms the price and important service details before you book.
Your Booking Is Confirmed
Once you accept the arrangement, we record the booking and arrange the vehicle for your travel date.
Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, please send us your flight number as well as your expected arrival time. This helps us arrange the pickup correctly if your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled.
How You Can Pay
We try to keep payment simple. For most private transfers and day trips, cash payment after the service is our preferred option.
Cash After the Trip
For most private car bookings, you can pay the driver after the trip. Vietnamese Dong (VND) is preferred. USD cash may also be accepted when agreed with us in advance.
Wise
If your booking requires a deposit or advance payment, Wise is normally our preferred online payment method. We will send the payment details directly to you when needed.
PayPal
PayPal may be available when advance or online payment is required. A transaction fee may apply. Any additional fee will be confirmed with you before you make the payment.
Vietnamese Bank Transfer / QR
Vietnamese bank transfer or QR payment may also be available on request. This is an additional option rather than our main payment method for international travellers.
Do You Need to Pay a Deposit?
Most normal private car transfers do not require a deposit. You can usually book first and pay after the trip.
A deposit or advance payment may be required for certain bookings where Minh Vu Travel needs to make arrangements or payments in advance.

- Attraction tickets or activities that need to be purchased in advance
- Bookings where we must reserve or pay another service provider before your trip
If a deposit is required, we will tell you the amount, payment method and relevant conditions before you make any payment.
We Confirm the Price Before Your Trip
When you book with Minh Vu Travel, we confirm the agreed price based on the route, vehicle, timing and services you request.
If your itinerary stays as confirmed, you should know the expected price before the trip starts.
If you later add another destination, extend the service time, change the route or request an additional service, the price may need to be adjusted. We will normally confirm the additional cost with you before the change is made.
Cash Payment Is Usually Made Directly to the Driver
For a normal cash booking, payment is usually made directly to the driver after the agreed service is completed.
Our drivers do not normally carry card payment terminals. If you prefer to pay online, please arrange this with Minh Vu Travel before or during the booking process rather than waiting until the end of the trip.
Need a Payment Receipt?
A payment receipt can be provided on request.
If you need specific company documentation or a particular type of invoice for your trip, please tell us before booking so we can confirm what can be provided.
Your Booking Confirmation Matters
Different trips can have different requirements. A simple airport transfer may not need any advance payment, while a cruise booking, attraction ticket or special multi-day arrangement may require a deposit.
If we confirm a payment condition specifically for your booking, that information applies to your trip together with this policy.

What happens if I change my itinerary after booking?
Small timing adjustments may not affect the price, but adding destinations, extending the service or significantly changing the route may change the cost. We will confirm any additional charge with you.
