Worth knowing before your transfer to or from Lang Co.
- Hai Van Tunnel vs Hai Van Pass. The tunnel is faster (saves 30–40 minutes). The pass is one of the most beautiful coastal roads in Vietnam. If you are not in a hurry, the pass is worth it — especially northbound with the sea on your right. Request it when booking.
- For flights out of Da Nang, allow at least 2 hours from the resort to the airport. The Hai Van Tunnel is generally reliable but unexpected closures do occur — buffer time matters.
- Specify your resort and check-in building when booking. Laguna Lang Co and Banyan Tree share a complex but have separate entrances. Vedana Lagoon is on a different road entirely.
- Golf transfers: Laguna Lang Co has a championship golf course. The 7-seater handles a full set of bags without issue — request it when booking if you are travelling with clubs.

What is the difference between going via the Hai Van Tunnel and the Hai Van Pass?
The Hai Van Tunnel takes about 5 minutes to pass through and saves roughly 30 to 40 minutes of driving.
