The route works because Marble Mountains sits conveniently between Hoi An and Da Nang, Ba Na Hills is northwest of the city, and Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula is a natural final stop before heading back south to Hoi An. A shared tour cannot manage this efficiently — private transport is what makes the timing work.

Ba Na Hills is a French-era mountain retreat — the cable car, the Golden Bridge held by two stone hands, and the hilltop French Village are the main draws. วัดลินห์อึ๋ง on Son Tra Peninsula is home to one of the tallest Lady Buddha statues in Vietnam, set against a backdrop of forested hills and the East Sea.

Because this is a private tour, the schedule is yours to adjust. You can spend more time at Ba Na Hills and skip a stop, start later if you prefer a relaxed morning, or add a quick lunch break in Da Nang city on the way back.

Arriving at Marble Mountains before 09:00 and Ba Na Hills before noon makes a real difference to crowd levels at both sites. An 08:00 pickup is strongly recommended.
