Do You Need to Send Us Your Passport?
Normally, no.
For a standard private car booking, Minh Vu Travel does not normally require a passport copy, passport number, national ID card or similar detailed identification document.
Your name, contact number, hotel or pickup address and basic trip information are normally sufficient for us to arrange the service.
If a particular service is subject to an additional legal or supplier requirement, we will explain what information is required before asking you to provide it.
Why We Ask for Your Flight Number
For an airport pickup, we normally ask for your flight number in addition to the basic booking information.

It also helps us coordinate the driver's arrival if the flight schedule changes.
We do not need your passport simply because you are booking an airport transfer.
Child Information Is Only Requested When Needed
