• Always send your ETD, not just your ETA. We plan the return timing from your departure window — a 17:00 ETD with a 08:00 ETA gives us the full day to work with.
• Hue is the closest destination and works even with a shorter 7-hour docking window. If time is tight, Hue is the safest choice.
• Hoi An needs at least 9 to 10 hours ashore — it is the furthest route and requires crossing Hai Van Pass each way. Only book if your docking window is long enough.
• Buy Ba Na Hills tickets online the night before. Gate queues on busy days can add 30 minutes. Online entry is faster.
• Dress code for Hue temples and pagodas: shoulders and knees covered. Most tour groups carry a wrap for this.
• If your ship uses a shuttle to bring passengers ashore, send us the shuttle timetable — this affects the earliest possible pickup time.
